Part 4: Logistics & Assembly
It depends on the model mix. Generally, a 40HQ container holds 4 to 11 units. We calculate the optimal loading plan (3D packing diagram) to minimize your shipping cost per unit.
We support both CBU (Completely Built Unit) and SKD (Semi-Knocked Down).
Assembly: If you choose SKD to save freight, we provide detailed video guides. It is designed to be assembled with standard workshop tools.
Part 5: After-Sales Service
Vehicle & Core Components: 1 Year.
Battery: 5 Years.
Note: As per industry standard B2B practice, warranty covers parts replacement; labor costs are not included.
We recommend purchasing a Recommended Spare Parts Kit with your initial order to ensure immediate availability. For urgent needs, we ship replacements ASAP via air freight.
